As the daughter of a soldier, I travelled the world as a child. My Spiritual upbringing was varied to say the least. I went to a small Welsh Chapel Sunday School , and various Garrison Churches as well as my home Church in King’s Lynn. My mother was my greatest influence though, at 4’10’ with a wicked sense of humour, she taught me to love everyone equally. With that in mind I’ve been an advocate from a young age for all those who have been ignored, bullied and marginalised. Ordained as an Anglican 30 years ago I chose to become a Methodist Minister. I’m passionate about what Methodism stands for, it’s sense of belonging to a movement, it’s fight for justice, and it’s radical hospitality.

For many years I was registered disabled, getting around with the use of my wheelchair after retiring from Active ministry at 49. After 15 years when I finally openly embraced who I am I was significantly healed. This enabled me to go back into part time ministry until I retired again.

I realised my dream of creating my own website 18 months ago in which I share my reflections, prayers and meditations.

I love being creative, whether that’s with crafting or organising retreats and quiet days. I’ve tried my hand at writing, embroidery, cross-stitch, knitting, crochet, jewellery making, card making, painting and finally making resin products.
