Today has been a day for catching up with lots of the things which had to go on hold while I was away in London. The next two weeks are very busy, too, although my priority at the moment has to be preparing to lead Sunday’s communion service in our own church. A very precious privilege.
As we began our MWiB executive meeting yesterday, Liz led our our opening prayers on remembering, including remembering those parts of the world where there is fear and unrest. These items helped us to focus our thoughts and prayers. They include a wooden holding cross (in the centre) brought back for each of us by Linda from the MWiB Holy Land pilgrimage.
