On Monday Deborah and I took Meena to Buckfast for the day. We had lunch in the restaurant and looked around the Abbey and the tiny Methodist Chapel. It was a privilege to sit in the Chapel and pray together for each other.
We visited the bookshop before heading back to Mill House Retreat where Priya was waiting for us and we had a cup of tea together. Meena and Priya will move on next to Nantwich and eventually to Swanwick for the Methodists for World Mission conference.
We took many photos at Buckfast, but this one is my favourite, as we enjoyed each other’s company and the beautiful Bank Holiday weather.
