Carolyn and I met at Exeter airport this morning for our flight to Belfast. The journey seemed very short after our last plane trip together to Houston! We were met by Liz, who took us for lunch and then drove us through the mountains of Morne before heading back to Newcastle for a cup of tea.
We are here at the invitation of Methodist Women in Ireland and look forward to a rich weekend of worship and fellowship with them. We are staying at Glenada conference centre. Tonight we have left these women laughing and chatting downstairs and have come on to bed. They clearly have more stamina and staying power than we have!
