Time to return to the blog, after a lovely few days of festive respite with family. Today saw three of us gathered around the kitchen table for much of the afternoon. Sophie and Katie were busy preparing lessons and writing essays for the new term, whilst I joined them in solidarity and began to address some MWiB business.
Over the Christmas period our thoughts and prayers have been very much with those involved in the flooding in various parts of the country. I am sure that some of you will have been involved, too, in supporting those affected by the adverse weather conditions. Our prayers continue, especially with the forecast of more rain again tomorrow in some places.
