Yesterday I did not leave the house all day! It was good to be at home and to catch up with all sorts of things, including preparations for the service I shall lead at Totnes Methodist Church on Sunday morning and several MWiB tasks which required an uninterrupted period of time to complete.
This beautiful design in mixed media, Butterflies of Africa, is the work of Maureen Edwards, whom I met at the Cornwall District residential at Treloyhan Manor last year. Maureen is a former editor of the Methodist Prayer Handbook and has in retirement been a painting tutor and leader for the Creative Arts Retreat Movement. This image has been used by MWiB to create a blank greetings card, available through District Forum reps for just £3 for a pack of five.
