In my last blog I mentioned taking a little time out, walking around Nantwich Lake, enjoying the peace and opportunity to relax before heading across to Swanwick in Derbyshire.
From Friday until Sunday the MWiB Forum and Executive team pictured above met to share news, listen to reports, make decisions and share in worship and fellowship. We were pleased to welcome Nina Rawlins in her new role as Finance Officer 2018-2021 and I am very pleased to be able to announce that we have appointed Hilary Evans to the role of Vice President / President 2018 – 2022.
Hilary, pictured above and currently the Forum Representative for the Southampton District will take up her role immediately replacing Anne Browse who had kindly agreed to extend her term of office from August until the end of September.
Congratulations Hilary! We look forward to working alongside you on the exec team.
Thank you Anne and Gillian for your commitment and hard work during your terms of office, our prayers go with you and we wish you well as you discern your next steps and way forward in God’s mission.
