Loving God your Son Jesus Christ bore many things as He journeyed to the cross
The wooden cross beam, the crown of thorns, the seamless robe, the sins of the world
Help us to follow in His way, to deny ourselves and go to the cross when we experience
burdens seemingly too hard to bear to receive the strength to persevere
May His life and purpose be alive in us day by day
Through our walk with Him may the world learn His way of peace.
